If you are unable to download the application, please send an e-mail requesting that it be faxed to you to sarah@gtar.net. Applications are accepted from 8:30 AM until 4:15 PM, Monday through Friday. When submitting your application, please be sure to include a copy of your real estate or certified appraiser’s license or pass certificate, along with a copy of the DBPR Form 2050. You will need to submit your application fee of $180 at that time, payable to "GTAR" by check or credit card, as well as MLS Access Fees payable to "MFRMLS."  Please note that Association dues will be paid at the time of orientation per the schedule on the membership application. Please be sure to print all information on the application clearly. If you are applying for MLS as well, you will be sent your user name and password within three to five (3 - 5) business days from the time the application was received.
